Dr. Renita D. Price grew up in south central Kentucky. Dr. Price received her medical degree as a 1980 graduate of the University of Louisville. She did her pediatric residency and a one year fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care from 1983-1984. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. She was an attending physician at Kosair Children's ER for 5 ½ years prior to joining the practice in 1996. Dr. Price has three children, Matthew, Margeaux, and Marcus. Dr. Price enjoys piano, gardening and watching U of L sports.
Dr. Sally J. Wheeler was born in Warren, OH. She completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1984. Her medical studies were at Ohio State University College of Medicine, followed by Pediatric Residency Training at University of Louisville and Kosair Children's Hospitals here in Louisville. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Upon completion of her residency training in 1991, she began working at Audubon Regional Medical Center as Director of Pediatrics. Her career and family life has since found her working with several local pediatric groups. She and her husband, Doug Amlung have two sons, Lee and Clay. She enjoys skiing and boating. Dr. Wheeler joined the Brownsboro Pediatric family in April 2006.
